FAQ

Hi-Vis Jackets questions

Can jackets be made with FR fabric?

Yes, our FR hi-vis jackets use modacrylic/cotton blends to NFPA 2112 with ANSI Class 3 tape, made to order from 300 pcs.

Do you offer matching trousers?

Yes, Class 2 hi-vis trousers and bibs can be bundled as a set for pricing and packaging.

What is the minimum order for jackets?

100 pcs per style and colour, split across sizes. Jackets and matching trousers can be ordered together or separately against that minimum.

What is tested on an EN 343 jacket?

Waterproofness and breathability of the shell, reported as a rating such as 3:1, plus seam integrity on taped styles. The rating applies to the fabric and seam construction on your order.

What is the sampling sequence for a new jacket?

A fit sample from the block in 7–10 days, then a logo or colour sample, then bulk in 30–45 days after approval. Fit changes need the tech pack before sampling starts.
