High-visibility clothing is the core of our range and the fastest-moving product line for safety distributors, contractors and uniform programs. We produce Class 2 and Class 3 garments in fluorescent lime, orange and dual-color combinations, with segmented, heat-applied or sewn reflective tape from 3M and domestic suppliers.

Every style can be built to ANSI/ISEA 107-2020, EN ISO 20471 or CSA Z96, and we supply test reports, tape certificates and colorfastness data with bulk orders. Tell us the market you sell into and we will match the class, background color and tape layout your buyers expect.

FAQ

Hi-Vis Workwear questions

What is the difference between ANSI Class 2 and Class 3?

Class 2 garments have at least 775 in² of visible background material and 201 in² of retroreflective tape, and suit workers near traffic moving under 25 mph. Class 3 requires 1,240 in² of background and 310 in² of tape and is used where workers are exposed to higher speeds, poor visibility or complex backgrounds. Many of our shirts and jackets convert between classes depending on whether sleeves are worn down.

Do you supply ANSI test reports with bulk orders?

Yes. We test background color, chromaticity, retroreflectivity and tape adhesion at accredited labs and provide reports per lot on request. We can also ship with third-party inspection for first orders.

Can we customize colors, tape layout and logo?

Yes. Fluorescent lime, orange and dual-color bodies are standard, and we can match Pantone shades from 500 pieces. Tape layout, pocket configuration, ID panels and logo placement are confirmed on a pre-production sample before bulk production.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style and color for stock fabrics; custom Pantone colors start at 500 pcs. Samples take 7–10 days and bulk production 30–45 days after approval.

Can you supply FR hi-vis garments?

Yes. We produce NFPA 2112 compliant FR hi-vis shirts, coveralls and jackets in modacrylic blends, with ANSI 107 Class 2 or 3 visibility. These are made to order and require FR fabric certificates for your market.
