Quote questions
How quickly will I get a quote?
We reply within one business day. Complex programs with several styles or a new pattern may take two days while we confirm fabric and testing.
What information should I include?
Style or reference, quantity per style and color, size breakdown, standard or class, decoration method, packaging and destination. If you do not have all of it, send what you have.
Do you charge for samples?
Logo samples on stock styles carry a sample fee that is credited against the bulk order. New pattern development is quoted case by case.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Terms are confirmed on the quotation for each order.
